Also LEEP dinner at YMCA on Wright Street from 6-8pm Saturday the 8th. Student groups available there for questions, etc. Good way to meet LEEP committee members, recruit more members, get input.

Question: Invite Mortenson Librarians to breakfast?
Answer: Yes. We also have a reception for them sometime soon, usually.

  14. Announcements
  15. Committee chairs please email Katie with minutes from their meetings (kkopchok@uiuc.edu).

ACRL President coming to campus Monday, October 10th. Will speak on advocacy, mark your calendars! Hope to co-sponsor with Lecture and ACRL committees.

Dale Silver would like our input about professional development talks. Usually they are about getting a job, salary negotiation, resumes, networking. Let her know what we want, she’ll set it up. Email the Board or post to the BB.

Don’t forget to join/chair a committee! Field Trip committee may coordinate with other student groups to get a higher turnout and so they don’t duplicate efforts.
