•Spring Career Workshop series, 3-4:30 Fridays in April, room 126. This week is about the Job Search process (other topics include interview skills, salary negotiation).

o Social: lunch at Bevier Cafe Spice Box after Lipinski lecture, around 11:45am April 10th.
o Community Outreach: working on book drive for New Orleans Libraries
o ACRL: will have final meeting soon
o LEEP: Beth not present, but possibly still trying to get the librarian from Fairbanks, Alaska.
•Other news: Melissa Zilic is interested in staying active in ALA over the summer. (ie. LEEP bootcamp, librarians visiting from Africa) Contact her if you are also interested (mzilic2@uiuc.edu).
Michelle Maloney is working with Kathleen Kern to arrange a talk about visit to Africa.
